Booking Policy
An appointment reminder will be sent to you prior to your visit with all the details.

All belongings are at owners risk. The company accepts no liability for lost/broken items or items left behind. Please ensure that you have all belongings before you leave the clinic. Any items found will be kept for a period of 6 weeks, after such time will be donated to Charity.

Please advise if you are pregnant at time of booking as certain treatments may not be suitable.

Bookings are only possible by phone.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation will only be deemed valid when made by phone. Emails are not acceptable.

72 hours notice* is required.
*Excluding bank holidays or Public holidays as the clinic will be closed on these days.

Charges may be applied if cancellation policy is not adhered to. A €5 charge is applicable for refunds made by credit cards if you wish to cancel your appointment or change your mind. These policies apply to Gift Vouchers bought either through the website or by phone for any specials advertised.

A rescheduling fee will apply if cancellation policy is not adhered to.

Appointment Arrival
In the case of a late arrival for an appointment we regrettably cannot guarantee the full allocated duration of the appointment out of courtesy to our next client.

*Patch Test* Clients with appointments for certain waxing treatments must have a patch test carried out at least 48 hours before the appointment. A patch test only takes 5 minutes to complete.

Vouchers
Please note that all Pamper Package vouchers are to be used by the expiry dates stated on the voucher, including Gift Vouchers for such promotional packages.

Gift vouchers purchased for a monetary value are valid for the period of 5 years as are Gift vouchers purchased at full price from the Clinic regular treatment menu.

Also please note that there is an additional charge for pregnancy massage if using an online specials voucher or a clinic specials voucher.

Refunds and Returns
Refunds for any vouchers/treatments must be within 14 days from date of purchase.
